Charcuterie platter – A selection of our British, Spanish and Italian charcuterie, made using ancient techniques and the finest quality animals – served with cornichons and fresh baguette.

Smoked fish platter – Lancaster Smokehouse pluck a huge variety of fish and shell fish from the sea, literally on their doorstep – They then smoke it in vast, ancient smokers and we serve it simply with horseradish and rye bread.

We do a bespoke quotation for each event but please be aware that we have a minimum spend per event of £800.00
